We want you to enjoy your stay with us. To ensure your personal safety and security on site, please could you familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions.


Touring Park Terms & Conditions


We recommend all customers take out Travel Insurance to cover in the event of cancellation or curtailment of their holiday.


Deposit – All bookings require a £32 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit at the time of booking or payment in full if the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival.


Balance – Touring outstanding balances are to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.


Payment methods – We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards. We do not accept AMEX.


Amendments of the holiday by you – You will be able to amend your booking within the same season subject to availability only once. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required.


Cancellation of the holiday by you – You may cancel your holiday at any time. Cancellation is effective from the date received by us. Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations received with less than 4 weeks’ notice are not entitled to any refund. We recommend taking our holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.


Cancellation of the holiday by us – If we have to cancel your booking for any unforeseen circumstance before your arrival, you will receive a full refund or be offered alternative dates.


Early departure – If you choose to leave the park for whatever reason (including weather) no refunds will be given for the remaining days of your booking.


Pitch requests – We will make every effort to accommodate customer requests wherever possible but cannot guarantee a certain pitch.


Group bookings – Organised rally/family groups are accepted at the discretion of the Park and only with prior permission from Park Management.


Vehicles – Only 1 car is permitted per pitch. Any additional vehicles are to be booked in at reception and parked on the main car park (chargeable and subject to availability). Commercial vehicles by prior arrangement only and you will be asked to park on the car park and not at your pitch.


Dogs – Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch including visitors. If you are found to have more than 2 dogs per pitch you will be asked to leave the park with no refunds for any remaining days of your stay. Please do not leave your dogs unattended on site at any time. Keep dog(s) on a short lead/tether at all times on the park. Always clean up after your dog. No access to the dog field through the paddock or playing field. No walking through vans at any time, with or without dog(s). Please do not use our park driveway as a toilet area for your dog(s). Any dog owner not being responsible for their dog(s) i.e. fouling the park area,including footpath to the beach will be asked to leave the site immediately.


Awnings – Where permitted, are to be erected to the left of your pitch, on gravel. No portable electric heaters to be used in awnings. Drive-away Awnings must be attached to the vehicle at all times. Awning should only be the length of habitation vehicle which is attached to the side of the van no annexe extensions.


Arrival and Departure - Check in is strictly from 1300. Check out is by no later than 1100am.


We operate no noise policy between the hours of 10:30pm and before 8:30am. Please ensure all members of the booking are aware of this. Please be considerate at all other times.


No flying of drones or use of hover boards or electric scooters allowed on site with the exception of mobility scooters.


No fire pits onsite. BBQ must be on hard standing only not on grass.


CONTINENTAL VANS MAY BE ASKED TO TURN ROUND SO THE HABITATION DOOR IS ON THE Left (subject to pitch).


Management will not accept any reponsibility for the loss, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on their premises.


 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BOOKING.



Holiday Cottages Terms & Conditions


Deposit –A non refundable deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time of booking for Stable Cottage, The Old Cutter Shed, The Tack Room and Ravine Rest.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the value of the booking is payable at the time of booking for Sandfield House.


Balance –Outstanding balances are to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. Any bookings which still have outstanding payments 3 weeks before arrival will be cancelled with no refund for Stable Cottage,The Old Cutter Shed, The Tack Room, Ravine Rest.We allow ONE change to the booking up to 30 days before arrival. This is subject to availability and should the price increase then you are subject to pay the difference.

 

Outstanding balances are to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival for Sandfield House. Any bookings which still have outstanding payments 5 weeks before arrival will be cancelled with no refund.We allow ONE change to the booking up to 60 days before arrival. This is subject to availability and should the price increase then you are subject to pay the difference.

Vehicles – Parking is available for 1 car at each property. Any additional vehicles are to park on the gravel outside reception between the months of November-February and in the main car park March-October.

Parking is private for Sandfield House and can accommodate up to 4 cars.

EV chargers are available and chargeable at Sandfield House, Ravine Rest & The Tack Room.


Dogs – One dog is only permitted in Ravine Rest & The Old Cutter Shed.

Dogs are NOT permitted in Sandfield House, Stable Cottage & The Tack Room.

General Information


Reception hours are 9am to 5pm, 7 days per week.

Arrival is strictly from 1pm.

Evening wardens are available from 5pm.

Toilets and showers blocks will be available 24 hours a day.

The entry/exit barrier is functional 24 hours a day.

For security reasons please do not give the code out to anyone.

Touring Pitches must be vacated by 11am prompt on the day of departure.

Calor gas (exchange) sales are available from our shop during reception hours.

Drive away awnings must be attached to the vehicle at all times.

Windbreaks are permitted one per pitch.

Waste water must be emptied into the drains next to water points.

Chemical toilets are at both shower blocks.

Rubbish is to be taken to the waste area.

No washing lines allowed.

No ball games, only in the playing field.

The park is made up of 10 and 16 amp electric points.

Walking between caravans/motorhomes is not permitted. Please stick to roadways provided.

Late departure may be available at management’s discretion. Please enquire at reception the day before departure, for more information.

In wet conditions you may be asked to remove your towing vehicle/car from your pitch and

park on the main car park.

Vans , commercial vans , RVs, tents and trailer tents are not permitted. 

Tent boxes are limited and MUST be booked by telephone.

Fire pits are not permitted onsite.

Taxis to pick up from the front of reception only 

No shopping deliveries are allowed onsite
